Terms & Conditions Equ-librium will provide services only under the following conditions;  Consultation forms must be filled out before any treatments o We will not be held accountable if reactions/ problems occur due to information being withheld.  A Free patch test is recommended for certain treatments, if treatment is continued without the test, this is done at the clients own risk.  Clients must wear Underwear at all times (Client treatments will be rescheduled at no notice for not adhering to this term)  Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must have their consent before any treatment is preformed.  Members discount is only available between Monday to Friday including bank holidays when open.   Membership discounts/ offers will not be given unless membership cards are shown at time of treatment,  Any offers/ discounts that equ-librium supplies are not in conjunction with any other offers/discounts during the same period unless otherwise stated. Offers/discounts will not be accepted after the valid date o Discounts or offers are only redeemable with the relevant voucher, full offer & or discounts terms and conditions apply.  Our equ-librium Vouchers have a 4 month validation period from date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. (See bottom of the voucher, please not that in some cases we can pre date the voucher).  A 50% Cancellation fee is accrued if you cancel with less than 24hours notice.  Any items left in our premises will be held in our procession for 2 weeks after this time it will be donated to a local charity shop.   Refunds will only be given with prove of receipt and refunded to the purchaser via same payment method.  All our treatment and product prices, both on our website and in store are priced in pound sterling this is inclusive of VAT. The VAT is in line with government’s current budget.  Equ-librium is a trademarked company, all logos, literature and graphics on this site are copyright of equ-librium all other graphics in use on this site not belonging to equ-librium have been subject to written approval before use.  There is a £20 deposit fee for any Spa days booked per person.
